On Windows, a quick, portable, simple, and free IDE for C/C++ programming. Its compiler is the Mingw port of GCC (GNU Compiler Collection). Embarcadero Dev-C++ is also compatible with Cygwin or any other GCC-based compiler. Embarcadero Dev-C++ is a clone of Bloodshed Dev-C++ and Orwell Dev-C++ (supported by Embarcadero). The current version of Embarcadero Delphi includes Embarcadero Dev-C++.
